As a professional coach, my faith in people’s ability to grow and develop comes from my own experience and the belief that if I can do it, so can you.
I also believe learning and personal growth are their own reward.
More than just feeling good, personal development gives you RESULTS.
Coaching helps you do that.
The purpose of a coach is to help you achieve things you wouldn’t be able to achieve by yourself. Many high performers work with coaches today and acknowledge it as essential to their success.
As a coach, I will be by your side helping you define and achieve your goals. It would give me so much pleasure to help you achieve more than you ever thought possible.
When you develop yourself, you reach goals and overcome setbacks. You overcome your own limits – suddenly there are no limits to what you can accomplish.
Here's what you need to know about me:
I know what it’s like to go through a personal and professional transformation.
Twenty five years ago, I had a successful corporate career in marketing but abandoned that to follow my husband’s career path all over the world. I have since lived in Venezuela, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Singapore.
Becoming a mother and moving my family around the world was daunting but I always found time to achieve something by myself. I became a property developer and interior designer, developing several properties in over 5 countries. I really enjoyed working with the local designers and teams to renovate the properties. I found I was able to get the best out of everyone involved.
The experience made me realise that my real skills and interest lay in people development and I was keen to return to the business world as my children began to leave home for university.
So at 50 years old, I pursued a Masters in HR Management with Temple University. It took a massive amount of courage to return to study after so many years.
I doubted whether I could do it – I found it so incredibly challenging to put myself out there.
When I graduated, I was amazed at how I achieved something that seemed so daring and impossible at the start.
Looking back, I was able to pin point moments that were pivotal in helping me push ahead at moments of self-doubt and remain resilient in the face of setbacks.
All of these pivotal moments involved the encouragement and support of friends, family and, indeed strangers. This made me realise the exceptional value of having the right kind of support.
That support was life-changing. It inspired me to become an executive coach.
I help leaders and young professionals to undergo their own professional and personal transformation. I also have recently completed a second Masters in Organisational Development with Pepperdine University.
I am trained in Neuro Leadership coaching, cultural intelligence, team and strength building and a suite of other modalities that offer a solid and proven approach to people development.
I truly believe at any stage in our lives people can change and grow exponentially, even at the age of 50+.
Nothing makes me happier than giving people the support, skills and “sounding board” to make the changes they hope for.
Be a step closer to the change you want in your life.
