One of the tools I like to use the Strengths Deployment Inventory. SDI goes beyond behavior and digs into our motivations – what drives how we act when things are going well but also when we are in conflict.

SDI enable leaders and teams to better understand how to influence people who think, behave, and communicate differently.

The SDI helps leaders at all levels focus on how they communicate and work with one another and how they use individual and team strengths in light of their business needs. The result is reduced conflict and increased collaboration and trust, building productive work relationships for sustainable results.

The Cultural Intelligence workshop can help.

During this workshop participants learn how to bridge cultural gaps and gain insights on how to operate effectively for successful cross-cultural collaboration.

Cultural intelligence (CQ) is the capability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. It goes beyond existing notions of cultural sensitivity and awareness to highlight a set of capabilities needed to successfully and respectfully accomplish business objectives in culturally diverse settings.

Cultural Intelligence picks up where emotional intelligence leaves off. It guides leaders and their teams through the diverse and nuanced globalized business environment.

The workshop includes a CQ Assessment. Participants complete the assessment online and receive a personalized feedback report of their CQ capability for working and relating across cultures.

The workshop helps participants interpret the feedback and guides them through the process of creating a personal CQ Development Plan to strengthen their cross-cultural effectiveness.
